Shipping & Delivery

Once you have made your purchase request, we will send the item to the location you specify. If you wish to contact us do so in the Contact section.

The delivery schedule is Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 hours. Holidays excluded.

The estimated delivery time for Spain (mainland) is 24 to 48 hours on weekdays.

Items may be returned within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of shipment, (prior notification by e-mail or phone). The shipping costs will be assumed by the customer if this were the case.

Guarantees
All our parts are guaranteed.

The gold pieces are made in 18 carat gold as the present law on precious metals obliges. The silver pieces are in sterling silver, 925 or 999. Each piece has a detailed description of the piece itself and its components.

If for reasons beyond our control you received your package in poor condition, due to transportation or other reasons, we have insurance that covers the cost of the piece, which means the replacement or refund.

Pieces used, damaged or tampered with will not be refund.

Parts that have been damaged or broken as a result of carelessness or negligence are not covered by the warranty.

Law and Jurisdiction
All general conditions shall be interpreted under the laws of Spain and will be under these laws to solve any potential conflicts.

The sale agreement shall be as held in Oviedo, Asturias, Spain.

The non-validity of any item does not affect other provisions of this agreement.
