General Purchase Conditions

Prices
The prices of the products offered for sale in our e-commerce store include VAT (21%). Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are specified at the time of processing the purchase.
The purchasing system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, therefore sales transactions will be considered carried out in Oviedo, Spain.

Our store provides a secure payment method using SSL technology for all purchases made through PayPal.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Once you have made your purchase request and we have received payment, we will send the item to the place you indicate.

Delivery hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00. Public holidays excluded.
The estimated delivery time for Spain (mainland) is 48 hours on working days. These timeframes may be modified due to causes beyond our control.

Items may be returned within a maximum period of 7 days from the shipping date (with prior notification by email or telephone). Shipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Guarantees
All our pieces are guaranteed.

Gold pieces are made of 18-karat gold, as required by current law regarding precious metals. Silver pieces are sterling silver, 925 or 999. Each piece has a detailed description of the piece itself and the elements that compose it.

If, due to reasons beyond our control, you receive your package in poor condition due to transport or other reasons, we have insurance that covers the cost of the piece, which means replacement or reimbursement of its amount.

Returned pieces cannot be refunded if the piece itself has been used, is in poor condition, or has been manipulated.

Pieces that have been damaged or broken as a result of lack of care or negligence are not covered by this guarantee.

All information we obtain from you will be used solely to process transactions.
